Consider and answer the following question:

      • We need to engage in healthy, accountable relationships to help alleviate pastoral loneliness and prayerfully reorient us to remember our value and worth in Christ.  How can we do this well?

Pastors need to be educated in the full dimension of their calling by learning that CHARACTER is more central than spiritual giftedness, ministry, skills, and demonstrated effectiveness.

Pastors need to learn how to guard their hearts to be rooted in Jesus, and take practical proactive measures to resist temptation and guide their congregations well to have a healthy church.

    • Train the whole people of God to engage in the pastoral care of the church.
    • Include training strong female pastoral caregivers who can take on the majority of female counseling situations.
    • Teach a healthy biblical, Trinitarian understanding of marriage, singleness and human sexuality. And to support the Pastor as a team.
    • Always ask support from other ministers or always go to minister conferences.
    • Pray and commit to word of God.
