Thank God, generally, my experience with Pastors have been cordial. But that is not to say that there are some Pastors who needs the Holy Spirit of God to transform their lives into better Men Of God. As a Pastor myself, Glory to God, iam speaking from experince.

Good Pastoral leaders should be grounded in the word of God, be a good teacher, a shephard, a priest, takes care of the flock, a good outreach and evangelism director.

Some of the short-comings i have noticed are;
1. Gift of speaking in tongues by the Holy Spirit.- my personal need from God.
2. Follow-up and visitation of members.
3. Communication and unity of some pastors.
