How Were ACOP Leaders Trained?

I have seen all three forms of learning in my life. I enjoy formal learning, however, I seem to get the most out of non-formal. I’m a hands on learner, so by actually putting knowledge into practice, I gain confidence in what I’ve learned and in this confidence I can then teach others. Informal learning has been important in my life as it is ongoing and allows me to continue to grow and mature.

All form of learning is valid to me. I went to Bible school in my younger age after i graduated my high school. Now i like informal because I’m a working mom, and i want to learn in actual.

I like both formal and informal learning. I like the classroom method, where we can speak to classmates and ask questions. I also like the fact that I can be at home, go online and study at my own pace, I enjoy reading and listening to the information at my own pace.
