Answer the following in a paragraph:

Have you ever noticed that your negative reactions might be revealing something about you? Specifically, that they might be revealing something you are seeking from God? How would this change the way you experienced and dealt with your negative emotions, if you saw them this way?

Over the past few years I have been working on healing the hurt inner child within and a lot of deep rooted hurts have been transformed. For the most part I deal well with others negative reactions and criticism towards me, but not always, . When this happens, I tend to become defensive especially when others are witness to the negative outburst. Thankfully these trusted others have been a God send and tend to lovingly direct and guide me to a positive resolution that usually ends with me apologizing for my bad behavior(reaction),and the conflict being resolved with a positive out come achieved.

When these negative reactions happen I also reflect on my negative reactions, go to prayer and journal asking God to guide and direct me as to why i behaved in such a manner. The mystery of his grace continues to amaze me every time. What God has taught me is to always pray first and ask for his guidance and direction . His way keeps me out of trouble.
