What component is the hardest for you to come up with?

The hardest for me to come up is the ministry general . I came from Philippines, working with the church members who are related to each other, been there since birth, “this is what we do here” but I know God put me in our church to do on what God is doing in his body of Christ. Need to Pray, listening to Gods Voice or speech to his church and asking Gods directions in my life.
