Thinking Theologically

It's a complicated world

What does it mean to be a Christian in the modern world?

How does my faith move beyond Sunday school lessons, flannel-graphs, and pithy statements, to actually be a deep and maturing life in Christ? How does my faith impact not only my personal and private devotion to Jesus, but also begin to shape my ‘living-in-the-world’, in the public sphere?

In this course we will begin to answer some of these questions by developing the tools to ‘think theologically’. This is the task of maturing in thoughtful and integrative reflection of our faith as it relates to every area of life.

What will I learn ?
