Why are you taking ECO courses?

Besides the desire to learn and grow in my relationship with Christ, a key motivation is my desire to learn more about the values and history of the ACOP. I already have a strong seminary background (I have a Master of the Arts in Cross-Cultural Ministry and am finishing my thesis for a Master of Theological Studies with a focus on Septuagint/Old Testament studies). I have applied for accreditation with ACOP.
Bio

I am a Canadian citizen, originally from Vancouver. Married, I live in Italy with my husband.  In Italy, I teach mostly English and music, but also other subjects (e.g. biblical languages).  My hobbies include music (I am a concert-level pianist and I am studying the violin; I also compose original compositions), taking walks, cooking, quilting, and learning new things (e.g. languages).
