Why are you taking ECO courses?

I am a commissioned member of ACOP and would like to pursue ordination at some point.  I also want to learn more to expand my personal experience with God which I believe also has a direct impact on my ability to minister to others around me.
Bio

I am 41 years old and grew up in Charlottesville Virginia, USA.  I lived in Florida, USA for 5 years before moving to New Brunswick, Canada in 2008.  I have been married for 14 years to a wonderful woman.  I enjoy camping, hiking and fly fishing.  Right now I am working in construction.  ICF foundations is what we specialize in.  I have worked 3 years building custom homes and have 12 years of full time ministry experience in recovery ministry and leadership training at Village of Hope Inc. Located in Tracy, New Brunswick.  I have training in relapse prevention through the genesis process and experience with inner healing and transformation prayer.
