I’m  a grandparent,  and am retired.  I look after 4 of my 6 grandchildren while their father works.  I Worked 34 years in the school system, 25 of those years as a youth and child care worker. Vast majority of the students  I worked with were identified as severe behaviour and mental health. My work involved  facilitating  programs, such as  communication development, social skills development, life skills, addictions and mental health. I worked in both the elementary and high school. As an student advocate I helped the students learn to become self advocates. I was involved in a missions trip to the Dream Centre in Los Angeles in 2011. It was an eye opening experience  but really beneficial for my growth in Christ.
