The layout I've tried is real good that Jordan shared during our leadership conference
Me-introducing my self, who you are ,building a bridge
We-invite audience to step into Bridge,Ingga I g the heart
God- what the Bible says ,or your theme
You- how to you live this out? What did the Bible says
We- cast a common vision, imagine how life with God. Or life application.

The other model i have found effective are in 4 steps, namely;
1. Devotional model.
2. Exegetical model.
3. Hermeneutical model.
4. Homiletical model.
