The five ministry gifts are apostle, prophet, teacher, pastor and evangelist. I don’t think I know the church movement well enough to know which one might be lacking. Perhaps all of them are lacking. I am so excited that ACOP recognizes these ministry gifts and honours them. This is a good teaching. I like the exhortation for all the gifts to work together.

- I think all of them are lacking in our church. Apostolic- bring governance , and lots getting competitions. How many churches have no Pastors . We needs prophetic ministry to churches to bring guidance, declaring prophecy to the church. Evangelist, we need Christian's who have courage to share the love of Jesus. Teaches to teach believers and deepened thier faith.
The Canmore accord is a great teaching. I've learned the five fold ministry but this explain more deeper.

In my personal experience the ministry gifts that I have seen lacking in the church today are: the Apostle, Prophet and Evangelist. Its not difficult to find people that call themselves by the titles but the actual fulfillment of the function of the gifts have been few and far between. A lot of the lack, I believe is attributed to the lack of teaching and discipleship in these gifts. I say all of this only being baptized in the Holy Spirit less than a decade ago, and up until then, being mostly involved in religion. Though, even in my short time of exposure to the full gospel, i would say that these three gifts seem to be less emphasized, accepted and cultivated in church bodies.
Again, ill say that i Had not received any scriptural teaching about these gifts up until 8 or 9 years ago. Mostly personal inclining’s. I am so happy to have scripture and people who believe it in its fullness to run with.

I think the Prophetic is missing the most, many people have been hurt by it and I’ve noticed churches have shut that side of things down due to this. But I’m seeing this change in recent years thankfully
