2- The poem helps with Grace and Truth, with hope that everyone can give it to God with pray

Herbert shows us how to be honest about the struggles, doubts and insecurities we face as pastors.
He also shows us that Jesus is the Divine answer to challenges of life.
Finally, that Christ in us is the hope of glory.
