I think they are all very important, but I would have to say that Leadership Development is the most important. I believe that all of the other strategic initiatives would suffer and be less effective without high quality leaders directing them.

I think all of these are important in this goal; however, at this stage I think that engaging and deploying the next generation would be at the top of my list. We need those young leaders to be able to support our goal of multiplication, to expand to new places globally, and likely, a new generation will bring in a level of vitality with them. Additionally, I think with programs like EPIC and some of the leadership already in the ACOP we have a good launching point for that leadership development, but I think we still could grow in our reach to the next generation.

I think all are so important, but I would say leadership development would be the most important, and engaging the next generation would be a very close second. This is because the quality of leadership is so important in building healthy churches that transform communities. I believe the leadership can make or break the goals of the churches ministry. And engaging the next generation is also so important as it will keep the flame going as the years pass.

I would maybe argue that church revitilization could be the most important. In an age where culture has cast church aside and often has a truly negative view of Christianity, the church needs to adapt. This doesn’t mean we need to up church production value or become flashier, but we need to become relevant to culture so that we can reach the people of our modern age.
