Consider and answer the following questions:

      • Evangelism: Why are some people or churches hesitant to do evangelism?  What do you think is a good way to address this problem?
      • Benevolence: What are the pros and cons of benevolence and caring for the poor?  How can this be done well; what pitfalls are important to avoid?
      • Discipleship / Formation: What is essential in planning the discipleship plan or spiritual formation plan for a congregation?  What studies, classes  or small groups have you participated in?  What made these experiences good, or bad?

    • Evangelism: Why are some people or churches hesitant to do evangelism? What do you think is a good way to address this problem? Some people or churches are hesitant to do evangelism ; first maybe not taught them what is the importance as a Christian. Secondly, maybe don't have the courage to do it, thirdly, we don't know how to start. The good way to address the problem is to teach what the Bible say.
    • Benevolence: What are the pros and cons of benevolence and caring for the poor? How can this be done well; what pitfalls are important to avoid? Make sure we are be wise on dealing with it because home are abusive. We can ask the communion needs help and always pray for Gods guidance.
    • Discipleship / Formation: What is essential in planning the discipleship plan or spiritual formation plan for a congregation? What studies, classes or small groups have you participated in? What made these experiences good, or bad? As a Pastor, first we need to talk to the elders of the churn what is their vision . Teach the church the importance of discipleship. And talk how can we reach them out or suggest some tips on how to start.

I have an experience on doing evangelism like visiting, sharing some food , doing good deeds and making connections with them.and before you leave u can ask if they want some prayer and invite them to check them out at church. But first , we need the Holy Spirit to guide us.

Some churches are hesitant to do evangelism because of many issues plaguing the society, like end-time events around, love of christ is cold in the hearts of some people, time management in the world today.

We can adress it by, prayer, treaching out to the lost, providing tangible care to the poor, and spiritual formation of christians to grow in Christ.

Benevolence is good but we should be careful, people dont take advantage of it.

Bible study, sunday school, preaching the word, and equipping the saints for the work of the ministry.

These are factors essential in forming discipleship class for a congregation.
