- What is the role of the ACOP and the regional director in a self-governing church?
- Are you familiar with partnership agreements in other contexts besides ACOP? Do some comparison/contrast work using what you are already familiar with and consulting the ACOP Partnership Agreement document.
The role of ACOP and the regional director in a self-governing church is to come alongside in mutual relational authority to encourage and support towards shared vision of extending grace and igniting hope. ACOP and regional directors become involved in a self-governing church upon the invitation of lead pastor or board of directors.

The Role of the ACOP and the regional director:
~To encourage "we're better together"
~To train and guide us in our call" What God's call in your life"
~the mentor, provide resources, to facilitate ministry.
Partnership Agreement:
~the ACOP coordinates to Lead Pastor and to Boards and to the church.
~ spiritual covering and support to the pastors and ministry leaders. Counsel, guidance ,resources and expertise.

the role of the ACOP Regional Director in a self-governing church is to provide spiritual covering, support, council and equip the lead pastor of that church.
i am not currently familiar with any other partnership agreements.

Their role is to come alongside and help when asked.. based on relationship rather than title, nothing is forced.
