I'm involved in the governance structure of the church and business. I feel like we handle thing well and if we have some doubt we go to ACOP director for advice.
The Pastor is the head,the board is doing the business of the church or legal matters but the Pastor is there to to lead us. We have a vision committee to help the pastors with their vision.

Definitely I have involved in the governance structures in my church.
Everything usually ends well after much deliberations.
The model is, The Bishop, board of trustees, and district supritendents governance structure.
