What methods for encouraging yourself in the Lord have you experimented with that have helped you?

Other than the ones listed, I have a print on my wall of a bride with a lion beside her, tying up her combat boot. It reminds me that God is strong and always with me, I have nothing to fear. I am His bride and the battle I face each day is one we fight together. This gives me the strength I need to face my day no matter what is coming.

The method i experimented with that has helped me, is the poem, “Footprints in the sand,” that during any point of my life, I am never alone. God will always be beside me, and carrying me if needed, at any time.
I should always feel loved and supported by God.
This poem teaches us a lesson to always trust and obey God. In the midst of struggles, God is there fighting for us.
