Firstly, very powerful lesson I've learned about policies.

Pastoral Policy can be written with the Board and Elders. Or based from the previous policy but needed to update year to year with the help of the Pastor.

All for proclamation of the word of God.

Pastors do a lot, they preach, teach, counsel, draft budgets, job description and policies.

All of these are part of the leadership role of pastoral care and leadership.
