As leaders, we need to break free from every tie that binds to show others the way to freedom. I am also leaving my heart open to other opportunities as the Lord leads and guides.

I am very open to where the Lord will lead, however I do see myself becoming involved with the development and deployment of leaders – starting with myself! I also feel drawn to focused disciple making and Holy Spirit empowerment and will continue to develop personally in those areas as I also look to help others. I could see myself pastoring a traditional church, but I am also very excited about the NewChurch model that the ACOP is developing – I could see myself being involved in both.

I see myself participating in the revitalization of ACOP Churches in Canada and to help raise up a new generation of leaders within the ACOP. As I work with youth in my local church and in Street Invaders I believe I am called to help champion on that generation and to champion on the churches they are a part of in the ACOP.

As I write this I am looking forward to likely becoming a global worker, helping with many of these initiatives in an overseas context. I also feel called back to Canada in the Western provinces and I would love to be a part of the churches and the church growth happening here!
