I find myself fitting into this vision by continuing my theological education and being a part of the disciple making multiplication process in my own community. I do not feel a pull to long term international missions, but I do have a passion for short term missions trip with my family.

I'm in the process of applying my credential and my goal is to work where God leads me. Encouraging young ones to follow Jesus calling in their lives.

I believe that as we share the Gospel and see people saved, and go on to disciple people, there will be a natural progression of the scenario mentioned by Wes with churches in NZ. For instance while working in the Middle East I lead my PA to the Lord. We baptized her and I discipled her for about 3 years. Now, 10 years later, all but 1 of her very large family are saved, and she leads Bible studies in the Philippines. We hope to see this type of scenario continue, and have a personal goal of leading 1 million souls to the Lord. May each one, reach one (or more) and so have the multiplication continue

As leaders, we need to break free from every tie that binds to show others the way to freedom. I am also leaving my heart open to other opportunities as the Lord leads and guides.
