Right now, I run the Coffee House located in the Regina Apostolic Church. In this space, I seek to serve and care for each person who comes in and work to provide a space where everyone feels loved and welcome. In this, I seek to extend love and grace and provide a space that actively does so. I also work to have intentional and life-giving conversations with those who are willing, and encourage my volunteers to do the same. When I watch my 17-year-old volunteer passionately share the gospel with a young man who is just returning to faith, I can see hope ignited in beautiful ways!

In my role at Eston College, I extend grace and ignite hope in the work I do with students. The times I spend coaching them, counselling them, praying with them, teaching them, doing ministry together with them, and walking in community with them are all expressions of the grace I extend and hope I ignite in their hearts as they discern their calling and discover more about who God has made them to be.

Extending God’s Grace and Igniting Hope
I envision extending God’s grace and igniting hope in my community through active listening, empathy, and support. By engaging with individuals, understanding their struggles, and offering words of encouragement, I can help foster a sense of belonging and purpose. Additionally, collaborating with local organizations and churches to address community needs can amplify the impact, bringing hope and transformation to those around me.

Through my preaching, organizing of small group ministries, overseeing of ministries, and week to week interaction with everyone around me, in my church and outside. I hope people get to experience the grace of God as I pass it on to them, reminding them of how good God is and how merciful He is towards us. And I desire to remind them of the endless possibilities of God, that there is hope for every circumstance.
