For me personally, I would say coaching and mentoring. Having someone that you can connect with who has decades of ministry experience and a heart to serve up and coming leaders is a godsend.

All are important – but what stands out is: Coaches, Coming alongside, Conflict Resolution, Carriers of the Vision, Mission, Values, and DNA.

Mentoring and resourcing is the most important to me. As a young leader about to leave Bible College, having strong mentors in place to guide me, as well as resourcing me to start or join ministries is crucial as we as a fellowship strive to have our recent Bible school grads transition into ministry.
