I am still very young and do not have a ton of ministry experience, and so having someone to mentor me and help me along the way in ministry would be vital as I go through difficult things.

I think a good case could be made for each one of these, but to me the one that sticks out as paramount is “Fathering”. I believe this word has the most connotations behind it, and therefore holds the most value as well. Fathering is taking care of people, pastoring, discipling, disciplining, carrying the “family”, behind on the Spiritual Frontlines, etc. All of those things are so huge when it comes to behind a leader.

I think that this would change depending on the season, but for right now I would say mentoring and fathering.

Of all the roles that the Regional Directors, which do you think would be most vital to your own ministry?
(Regional Director's role includes: Consultants, Coaches, Catalyzers, Coordinators, Coming alongside, Conflict Resolution, Communication, Carriers of the Vision, Mission, Values, and DNA, Mentoring and Fathering, Providing Resources, Representing the heart of the president to their Region)
Of all the Roles that the Regional Directors do is coaching. Encouraging me and leading me the right path as new , actually all are vitals because everything connects to one another. It unified the body of Christ. Everything has role in the ministry. Everything is needed in the ministry. as I'm new in the Apostolic Church, being a Board of the Church, conflict resolution is vital .
