I think at this point of my life and ministry, I would cay coaching and catalyzing are the two greatest needs the regional director could support me in. I am still relatively young, and find that there are many gaps in my abilities, knowledge, and discipline as a follower of Jesus. Having an experienced leader who can speak into my context, help hold me accountable to what God has called me to do, and partner with me in the initiatives I am a part of would be a great asset in my ministry journey.

As a younger leader and someone who is still in the beginning stages of ministry and in navigating what God has called me to, I feel that coaching and mentoring are the most needed in this time. I am still trying to discern God’s call on my life and appreciate and value the wisdom and support that the regional director offers!

    Vital Role of Regional Directors

The most vital role of Regional Directors can vary depending on individual ministry needs. However, some crucial roles include:

    1. *Carriers of the Vision, Mission, Values, and DNA*: Ensuring alignment with ACOP’s overall direction.

    2. *Coaching and Mentoring*: Providing guidance and support for pastors and churches.

    3. *Consultants*: Offering expert advice and resources for ministry development.

These roles enable Regional Directors to empower churches and leaders, fostering growth and effectiveness in ministry.

I think either coaching or fathering. I recognize the need for healthy leaders in my own life who can keep me accountable, ask hard questions, and answer my questions.
