Respond in paragraph format to the following prompt:

    • Do you have experience in both preparing and ending lengthy fasts? If so, how important do you think the steps are that Sheldon has described for starting and finishing a fast?
    • If you have no experience with lengthy fasts, why do you think Sheldon says that the start and end of a fasting season are most important for the success of a fast?

I have been fortunate to have a church family that has helped to make sure we are prepared for fasting. Combined with that and good reminders oh here oh yeh it is so so so important. The front loading is important to seek God and even though I am doing a partial fast so important to make sure the house has lots good choices. To be prepared for headaches from cutting down coffee, having no sweets and working through it with prayer. Thankful we finish we a 24hour prayer at the end of the month – a Jesus party without all the over indulging foods – ha ha.

@KarryMac this is so great. We are glad that the course is reinforcing what you are doing with your church.
