As a Board member without a Pastor, I have a gifting in preaching, visiting ministry but my challenge is my ti e management.
I work Fulltime at the nursing home ,and it's very hard to do the shepherding ministry.
I need to give up some to do more for Jesus Mission

As a Pastor, i believe the area of writing a Personal Vision Statement, preaching the word and follow up on members will be easy.
The most challenging speaking in tongue, praying in the spirit the gift of prophecy.
I pray for God’s help in Jesus name, amen.

Definitely taking me longer to complete but this course has been life changing.

I believe the area of asking for help from my pastor to create my P.V.S will be the easiest because as a kid I had to learn how to ask for help. Knowing that I have people around me supporting me helps with creating a great foundation for my calling.
The area that might be the hardest will be healing and making my spirit healed and sound. Getting over some of my worldly emotions will also be something I need to work on, not today but everyday. One last thing I feel may be a bit hard includes letting go of some of my past hurts that have held me back. I just need to keep getting closer to god and making that relationship stronger.

@Mharraway glad to see that you have identified the “giants in the land.” Knowing your enemey is at least half the battle. As I said in another comment, it is evident to me that God is taking you through a process of healing through these courses. I trust that as you are working through this material and consulting wise people, this “feels” true to you as well.
