Read John 6:28-58 according to the Lectio Divina (or Sacred Reading) approach discussed earlier in this course. Share how this impacted you and what insights the Holy Spirit might give below. And as always, remember to share with others, as well!

Approaching and participating in the Lord's Table is more than a mere ritual, more than just a symbol. It is both those things, but according to Scripture, it is also a real act of coming into deeper unity with Jesus and accepting life from Him.

    John 6:

People are searching for something and what they found is Jesus. The answer of people's need.

-Jesus is the giver of life.

-In people's question and doubt,Jesus is the answer.

-"Then Jesus said, "I am the bread that gives life. No one who comes to me will ever be hungry. No one who believes in me will ever be thirsty."

‭‭John‬ ‭6‬:‭35‬ ‭ERV‬‬ . Jesus provides the most important need to people, food and water. In other word, John 14:6" Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. He is the answers of humans need. .

Jesus is the bread of life.

While reading John 6:26-58, using the Lectio-Divina approach, i picked out a couple verses that stood-out to me, with many promises and so much hope in God.

They are wonderful passages revealing God’s mercy and love for mankind. I felt God say trust, follow me, and believe in me, in order to have peace and eternal life.

I pray in our Christian race, God will empower, strengthen and equip us for the journey ahead and we shall do exploits in Jesus name.

This is a wonderful passaged, filled with many promises and so much hope. Gods mercy is truly revealed in this passage. I followed the Lectio Divina approach when reading john 6:28-58 and I picked out a couple verses that stuck out to me. I really tried to soak them in and I felt God say as my mind wondered a little bit. “do something” I was thinking at the moment, how I want everyone to believe, to have eternal life and to hunger and thirst no more. I want to do something as God put on my heart, to plant seeds and not stop planting seeds until I die. Because we only have so long until it’s too late and I want to bring as many people to heaven as I can. I know I cannot bring them to heaven, but I definitely want to be apart of the process and journey.
