    1. The main thing that keeps me from being available, attentive, or from prioritizing God is my poor time management skills. I often tend to people please, my schedule gets full and frustration sets in. I have been working on this and it has been getting better.

    2. The times I most often experience God speaking to me is in those times of anguish, fear, confusion and frustration. He tends to remind me gently through scripture and through the movement of the Holy spirit within through that still small voice that nudges me to give it to Him. I remember the second time i felt the presence of the Holy spirit calm my panic attack and gave me a hug which reminded me that i Had felt his presence before but didn’t know what was happening. My first experience was in a University class room at Saint Thomas University in 2001. I decided to take a religious studies class to get an easy mark to up my GPA for graduation. I was not a believer but heard that Father Jack Dolan gave out great marks. The class was called the Historical Jesus, Jesus of Nazareth. It taught about the facts about Jesus and what faith was. I got the facts and received the A+ and left with a faith that has continued to grow and flourish. I remember it like yesterday. It was mind blowing with tears flowing that I will never forget. It was a very powerful moment in my life.
