Being in unity allows God to pour out his spirit and Ps 133 promises that in unity God will command the blessings.
As a member of ACOP, tbere must be room for the spirit of God to operate in and through us. Trusting and coming in agreement with the leadership of ACOP in accordance ce to God’s will, will affect my life. UNITY!

I believe that Pentecost directly affects how we walk out our faith, the core belief that the baptism of the Holy Spirit is still an important part of the modern-day Church. This belief distinguishes ACOP from other denominations/ fellowships, creating a unique marker for how we walk out our faith. This not only affects the attitude and expectations we have for meetings but also how we express our faith in ministry.

As Christians, we can and should experience the outpouring of the Holy Spirit today and moving forward, just as in Acts 2.

This reaffirms me by knowing the Holy Spirit not only worked in people 2000 years ago, but is still working and changing lives today. I struggle with some of the “gifts” that the Holy Spirit gives us. However, I firmly believe that He works in each of us differently. Just because I may not speak in tongues today, doesn’t mean He will not bless me with that ability tomorrow. All in His timing. I know He still uses me to better His kingdom in other ways, and for this I am thankful! I do not dismiss or ridicule this gift. I actually fall under the amazed and perplexed category. I’ve bear witness, and seeked council the thoes who do have this gifting.
