By experiencing the baptism of the Holy Spirit and living in the fullness of that experience

That’s a great answer Bonani. Can I ask you to expand a little bit? What does the fullness of living in the Spirit mean for you?
-
For me, living in the fullness of the Holy Spirit involves daily fellowship with the Holy Spirit, worship in the power of the Spirit, exhibiting the fruit of the Spirit, learning to discern the Spirit’s voice and leading, yielding in obedience to the leading of the Spirit, ministering not in my own ability, but in the ability that the Holy Spirit gives, that is flowing in the gifts of the Spirit.

Terrific. Thanks for being specific. It can be too easy when talking about the Spirit to be ambiguous but your answer really gives definition to the many aspects of the Spirit's role in the believer's life.

Curtis, first of all, welcome to ECO!
You are right, the outpouring of the Spirit in Acts 2 is not just something that happened 2000 years ago. Rather, as Pentecostals, we believe that the same Spirit is available to us today!
