Have you ever had the goal of reading the Bible through from beginning to end only to get thwarted by the book of Leviticus? Leviticus is a book of the Bible often misunderstood or ignored by many Christians who don’t see how this ‘strange’ book applies to our lives today. The book of Leviticus, when studied intentionally and with imagination, gives us insight into God’s deep love for his people and how we function in relationship with him. As we step into this new awareness, we connect with the experiences and realities of our ancestors in faith and are more available to our Holy God for transformation to look more like Christ.
