The Beauty Realm of God
“One thing I desire…one thing I seek…to gaze on the beauty of the Lord all the days of my life…” Ps. 27:4
Let’s pull these pieces together. What does it mean to ‘gaze on the beauty of the Lord?’ How can I do that when I can’t see Him? What did David mean by this phrase? I have so many questions, don’t you?
The throne room scene of Revelation 4 is stunning to behold. The beauty of God is unparalleled and unprecedented. He is a living God. There is no throne room for Buddha, or Allah or whatever false god you want to name! You were made to gaze and I want to show you how to do it. It’s going to cost you something. There’s always a price. Your cost is not paid to me or anyone else…it will cost you ‘TIME’. Your time! Minutes, perhaps even hours! But it will be worth it.
In this session, I want to show you how to use the word of God to gaze on his beauty. Let’s go!
"Beauty is the battlefield where God and Satan contend with each other for the hearts of men."

To Gaze on the Beauty of God Forever...
Notice, in the narrative of Revelation 4 no one is wanting to leave. Seraphim with eyes all over them gazing, struck by the beauty of God. This is your calling…for all the days of your life: to behold the lord in his beauty.
The seraphim "use not all their wings for flight, but with two, each one covered his face, for even they cannot gaze [entirely] upon the dazzling brightness of Jehovah's Throne and, therefore, in humble shamefacedness of awe they adore with veiled countenance!"
