Read and respond to the following reflection questions:
- New Testament scholar Esau McCaulley once tweeted, “I don’t think that there is better evidence of Jesus’ divinity than the fact that his brother joined a community that worshipped him because y’all that is a lot.” Have you ever thought about this? How does the fact that James and Jude worshipped Jesus give us confidence that Jesus is who we say he is?
- Do you know anyone like James — someone who is so immersed in Scripture that it is constantly coming out of what they say and do? Someone who knows Jesus so well that Jesus is the basis for their every word? How has that person impacted you?
