I believe God has called me to be a listener for leaders. So many times people in Christian leadership are the place where people can deposit their fears and frustrations. They “unload” and as Christian leaders we listen and we pray and share the gospel of Christ’s love, mercy and grace.

What I clearly heard almost six years ago was the Lord saying, “make a place for my daughters to come”. Even though I was not a part of any network of women, much less a network of powerful women warriors, I began making breakfast for one woman who would come to my home to pray with me and I learned so much from her. I still do! She invited another and another and then as I came into contact with women in church, I invited women. Now we are the Warrior Tribe! There are 21 powerful soldiers of Christ who meet at my home and we pray and war and it is a safe place to be vulnerable. We have also have a Whatsap chat that allows for prayer requests, victories and laughs to be shared as well as our weekly breakfast together.

The Holy Spirit has called me not only to serve the Warrior Tribe but in a new ministry I have founded and is in partnership with my church. It’s called Heels 2 Halos Canada (H2HC). This ministry serves women and men in the adult sex industry. We take the love of Jesus inside strip clubs, brothels and massage parlors. Our Boots on the Ground Team begins this April!

@dostapyshyn this is fantastic. I love the way it grew organically and became a powerful force against evil and darkness in the world. Thanks for sharing how a small act of obedience and a little seed of faith can make such a huge impact.
